WARRANTY RETURNS
The warranty return procedure will be done only in the authorised points of sale.
WARRANTY PERIOD
• 2 years warranty for manufacturing defects
• 5 years warranty in case of subsidence, considering the physiological tolerance of the products (+/- 2 cm width, length and 5% for height, standard UNI ENI 1334).
• 10 years warranty for springs breaking.
Warranty is the free return or exchange for material or manufacturing defects.
Any subsidence, within the tolerance or due to the defective support or a bad maintenance for non-respect of requirements indicated on the warranty are not part of it.
Warranty covers accidental damages.
The free return is not free delivery.
The return must be accepted by the company.
During the delivery, a DDT with the mension «exchange» in the space for means of payment will be provided.
With the exchange of the defective product, a credit voucher of the same value as the invoice-exchange.
If the defective mattress will not be returned in 60 days, the invoice will be issued.
The Return/Warranty Service will be provided only for customers with reliable financial conditions.
